We are a service for both employers and employees. We assist persons with disabilities in becoming prepared to enter the workforce, find employment, and secure gainful careers that can lead to their independence. We provide mentoring workshops to at-risk populations including returning citizens and victims of domestic violence. This includes our S.T.A.N.D. Up program for returning citizens and the Women's Empowerment program for women who are at risk. Our volunteer program through partnership with the Hard Rock Stadium supports this program.
We connect veterans to resources and services in the community.
The Successful Truancy Empowerment & Intervention Program (STEP) specializes in serving students at risk of dropping out of school and subsequently out of life. Particularly those who have been entangled in the legal system as well as those in danger of becoming permanently involved in the juvenile justice system. STEP is designed to deter and decrease truancy, increase school attendance, and decrease gang and crime involvement. Lastly, we use a holistic approach to fulfilling the needs of children and their families by creating a ONE-STOP shop in service delivery.
Our paralegal will conduct factual and legal research on Criminal and Civil issues under the direct supervision of an attorney. Our experienced case analysts interview clients, gather facts, retrieve information, perform legal research, draft, and analyze legal documents, and collect, compile, and utilize technical information to make recommendations to an attorney.
